Q: telephoned amazon support as the instruction booklet is so small and unreadable. I was told to send my product back.i need is set up support

Hi, I agree with you, the booklet is hard to read. I download a copy from the ctronics web site, makes it easier to read. Set up is straight forward on the mobile phone. First download the "Ctronics" App from Google Play or iPhone App Store. 2nd open app and then plug camera into power (keep it and phone close beside you) 3rd on phone app at top of screen tap "Add Camera" and follow instructions on phone. Hope that helps a bit, If you need anymore information get back to me.

Q: can the casing be painted black?

Can't see any reason why not but the 2 antenie may be effected. Have you had a look on their web site as they may have all black ones in stock?

Q: Camera only records movement for 14 seconds. I have set to 900 in settings but it still only records for 14 seconds. Am I dpind something wrong?

Hi yes you have to click save setting after you have a just the time settings hope that helps
