Simple, sweet doll with CRAZY curls
Dolls in the Baby Alive line are generally good quality and what I like most about this one is that she is not meant to "do" anything. She is just a sweet, simple doll for imaginative play, with CRAZY curls that have pretty much lasted. I don't think I would try to fully shampoo the hair, but it has gotten sticky and messy a few times already, and a damp washcloth or paper towel has revived it. The doll is also very easy to wipe down if dirty with no worries about damaging inner workings. Another handy thing is that children can easily move her legs from sitting to lying down, etc. The Baby Alive Lil Sounds is also one my kids love, but her legs were very hard to loosen up. The doll was much cheaper on Amazon than other places I searched.
