Good bit of kit
This is essentially a rebranded WonderCore. As per other reviews, the instruction manual is awful. Assembly involves a bit of guess work, but check WonderCore assembly on YouTube and you'll be fine.Once assembled though, this is a sturdy, versatile bit of kit. Provides a good core workout and resistance training for arms. Folds up for compact storage.Would recommend this for the price. Fast delivery too!

Instructions in putting it together are useless.No resistance.Seat is thin cardboard and broken.Waste of money.Looking to return!!

DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
the bolt for adjusting the spring where the head should be or where you place your head is too small it keeps falling out and the frame you in adjusting the leg where you slide it in and out is hard or very difficult that i have to use force in changing the size or length of the frame. I will appreciate it if you can,1) POST A BOLT THAT WILL FIT2) REPLACE
