I did not like Microsoft taking control and trying to make me use Edge instead of Google but that is just Windows and not the fault of Hp

Bought this because I had unfortunately got a virus 🦠 on my last co tomputer, I actually got this ten pound cheaper, very easy to use, has got windows11,if your naturally looking to upgrade, can be used for work or like me social media Twitter, comes highly recommended, and more than worth the money

WHEN MY DESKTOP DIED, I NEEDED A LAPTAP TO TAKE IT'S PLACE. AS I ONLY USE IT AT HOME THISSEEMED LIKE VALUE FOR MONEY. AS I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS IT IS TOO EARLY TOGIVE A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW. ASK ME AGAIN IN 12 MONTHS.

Great value for money and it comes with 2 years warranty
The laptop is great I have been looking for one for a while. It comes with Windows 11. I got 2 years customer support, 2 years warranty because I bought it through Amazon and 1 year free Microsoft office. A brilliant buy with lots of benefits. Thank you Amazon

Underwhelmed overall
Very small memory even for personal everyday use had to enhance it on set up. Looks flimsy.

Like the size easy to carry round decent battery life and easy to use keys many delightful features and love the Microsoft with it.

Dreadful do not buy
I purchased this for university to do the most basic of functions. As soon as I turned it on it said there was a fault, I then managed to restart it and start the set up, it didn’t install windows properly, turning on and off is way harder than it should be, then it went from bad to worse… the charger was so hot I couldn’t touch it. The battery light flashed white constantly even when off, after a quick search it means the battery is faulty, I tried to remedy it by running diagnostics and checking updates. Windows hadn’t updated properly so I followed the steps, this led to hours of downloading and restarting then eventually the screen was stuck on ‘preparing windiws’ after some time I thought I would try a factory reset as it still would not work properly, and this was recommended. It would not perform this action saying I need to plug it into charge, so I plugged it in and then the charger wouldn’t work, it turned itself off and wouldn’t turn back on. RETURNED and have purchased a more expensive one. There’s a reason it’s cheap. It’s rubbish. Do not waste your time or money. I’ve lost 2 days of study time just trying to set it up and now have to wait for a refund and another to be delivered. Pay cheap, pay twice.
