Easy to apply, helps with cramps
I am a long term user of Better You magnesium, and a big fan of other forms of magnesium, too (such as epsom salt baths, oral tablets, etc). I use these every night on my legs, and the greatly reduce cramps and restless type legs.In the past I used to use the spray, but I now feel the gel is more convenient. It's easier to see exactly how much you are applying, confirm that it's all going where you want it to (and not ending up on your bathroom floor /pyjamas, etc.), and I also quite like massaging it in, as I'm sure that gives additional benefits.I think you have to accept you will get it on your hands, which then taste and smell a bit yucky. But I also think it is probably doing them a bit of good, too.

Not to heavy.
This is okay the only problem it is sticky when you apply to your skin.

Stings
I usually use the magnesium spray oil and that works well so thought this would be similar but this one stings so much on my skin and not sure it does the same job tbh

Convenient tube, inconvenient supplier
I've previously used Magnesium Oil in a spray bottle and found it effective for easing pain in arthritic thumb joints, but the bottle becomes rather messy.I've now tried this Gel and the tube certainly seems more convenient and less wasteful, yet similarly effective. Its 30% concentration compared to 31% in the Oil isn't of any consequence. However, it is more 'sticky' when applied, is absorbed rather slower and it dries out my skin much more than the spray Oil - features which combine to lose it one star.Another star is lost because, despite ordering a pack of two, only one tube was received - and the supplier (Greens Pharmacy) strangely and inconveniently demanded photographic evidence before sending the missing one - with neither explanation nor apology for their error.Note: I ordered a pack of 2 costing £12.49 post free compared to around £8.50 for just one. Check current pricing as a pack of 2 now seems to cost over £23, almost three times more than a single tube!

Creamy and feels great
This is really good, creamy and easy to use. I have arthritis in my hands and found it difficult to open and squeeze, so I cut the bottom off and spooned it into a small glass jar - so easy now and I can better control the amount I use as well as seeing how much is left. It keeps my feet feeling wonderful and helps with the Peripheral Neuropathy as well as my leg cramps.
