was surprised when i unboxed mine to see chocolate everywhere and a mess in the box. However interms of choosing a mass gainer this brand, with the chocolate flavor is a good buy. packed with a good amount of calories with not too many servings. easy to drink no lumps.

lots of calories, carbs and EAA's in just 4 scoops and 22 servings per bag so you can buy monthly. if youre not working out that day but you're trying to bulk you can still use 2 scoops instead. tastes great like carnation instant breakfast and does not clump up or make you feel full quick so you can still eat after the shake. mixes better with milk. make sure to add enough liquid or youll get a mildly sandy texture. great product would recommend if youre just starting the bulk the routine.
