HiFi Headphone Amplifier, Portable 3.5mm Audio Earphone Amp Supports Impedance 16-300Ω with Lithium Battery and Components for MP3/MP4 /Phones/Digital Players/Computers

I had the misfortune of receiving a unit with a faulty lithium battery. This was not a problem as the seller sent a replacement without hesitation, overall the HiFi Headphone amplifier works well I use it for my Kindle 7" tablet which for reasons only amazon know has a very low sound volume this corrects that problem admirably and allows you to boost the bass in addition to excellent sound quality.

I bought this to try and amplify sound from a projector to an outdoor speaker, it didn't work as much as I would of liked but that's not the fault of the amp it's mine. This is to amplify headphones and not speakers as the output for headphones is far less than speakers due to them being right Next to your ears! I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. It's well made and has an internal battery that you charge via a micro usb, simple to use with a volume knob that also controls the volume too

This is a great little piece of kit. I have used a few small amplifiers over the years with my phone and this is one of the best affordable ones (for me) I have used. It does not amplify the sound much but greatly improves the quality of the sound. I love the easy to use volume control and the fact that you can charge it while you are using it.Would highly recommend this to anyone.Worth every penny!

Testing these out now with in ear monitors. Can only say, great value for money. Great sound quality. Hope they continue to perform like this.

Doesn’t work unless I put pressure on the volume dial which is useless and disappointing as it actually sounds good but again it’s faulty, such a shame.

I see that this product hasn’t had any proper reviews so thought I’d write one. For what it’s worth I’m a professional music producer and audio engineer and have spent 15+ years developing analytical ears.I bought this amp in a pinch as I needed something quickly on the cheap while working away from the studio on a session. I’m using it to power beyerdynamic dt880s (250ohm) via the MacBook Pro headphone jack.I did really want it to be at least useable in terms of sound quality, but sadly it’s really no good. My headphones sound much better/clearer straight out of the MacBook than through this thing, at matched volumes. There’s a huge amount of muddying of the mids/high mids and the transient response is really weak and flabby. Sounds like distorted mush. Details get lost and washed out. And that’s before we turn up the gain! It gets worse at higher volumes. Sure, you can crank it louder than your naked headphone jack output but it quickly starts to overdrive so you lose any clarity and soon end up in distortion hell beyond 50% volume - after that it just sounds objectively terrible, no subtlety there.All in all I guess there’s a reason that decent headphone amplifiers are quite expensive. This is not a substitute for a good amp. If you’ve spent a chunk of money on good headphones, please don’t think that you can skimp on an amplifier like this one - it’ll ruin their sound and you will have wasted your money twofold.I’m very cynical when it comes to “audiophile” stuff and I’m not a snob. Don’t take this the wrong way. I do much of my day to day music listening on AirPod pros. But this amp sounds rubbish and you shouldn’t buy it.

Bought this to compensate for the stupid European rules that limit the sound level on my Sony Walkman.Fantastic bit of kit with a seemingly never ending battery life
