Q: Will this work on my gray hair that looks a dirty colour as if I smoked and the hair looks dirty

I believe it might, this takes yellow tones out and brightens the hair. In my experience it’s worked really. This shampoo better than any of the others. I’d advise you to keep it on for just a minute at first the rinse and see the difference, then move on to two minutes and then move if needed. I use this now once a week and I love it.
