Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver, Large Produce Storage Containers, 4 Piece Set

These containers are great. Been using them for about a month now and they seem to work better at keeping my greens fresh than any other container I've owned before. Usually my Romaine lettuce starts to go bad after 2-3 days but seems to last around 4-5 days with these containers which is a win for me. The large one is great and fits two full Publix bags of spinach and keeps it fresh/non-soggy for close to two weeks. They're both large, but they're durable and stack well in the refrigerator.

As much as it dislike plastic, these containers are amazing. I have kept lettuce and other vegetables fresh for over a month. Great innovation and well worth the money. Amazing product!!

I absolutely love the lettuce saver. I throw my weekly bag of chopped romaine in and miraculously it lasts WAY LONGER than it did in a regular Lock ‘n Lock same-rectangular-shaped container. Truly amazing. I do not like the small berry container in this set. Blueberries still didn’t last so this piece was a waste. I might try keeping chopped celery in it and see what happens.

These really work. I was skeptical they would make produce last longer, but the do. Much longer. Vegetables out in these containers stays fresh way longer than anything else I've ever tried. I would like some smaller ones though for little items.

I wasn't sure if this would actually keep fruit as fresh as it claims but it really does! For a test run I washed and cut up strawberries for my 10 year old daughter to snack on. These containers kept them fresh all week for school lunches and snacking! I honestly feel like they stayed fresher in this than they do when kept unwashed in their store packaging. The containers have little bumps along the bottom to prevent the fruit from sitting in its own juice and getting moldy. Top is easy enough for a kid to open - but seals snuggly enough to preserve the fruit. Really great product - definitely recommend!

Well, they do what it says on the tin!These are nice and big, although that can make them difficult to fit inside a packed refrigerator. The bottom is textured so nothing is laying flat, helping promote airflow and prevent rot.Fruit and vegetables do last significantly longer in these containers. I've found consistently a week extra, compared to the original packaging. Often, it's longer. Blueberries and strawberries don't last as long as bell peppers, for example, which can get nearly a month extra! They taste just as fresh as new.The tops are easy to open and the containers are dishwasher safe. We have dropped a few, but have not seen any brittleness and none have broken. I also appreciate that even if something rots, the containers control the smell. I was worried the air filter would not do that, but we haven't had any funk.I'm very pleased with these high quality containers! I just wish my fridge was bigger!

I'm enrolled in a local farm's weekly produce box subscription where I get freshly picked produce each week. The first week I had to throw stuff away because my storage solutions (bags) weren't good enough. So I invested in these and they've made a huge difference. I have Romaine lettuce from 12 days ago that is still crisp. Strawberries kept longer than if I just put them in the fridge in in another container. I don't wash the produce when I put in in these, I only wash as needed when I use it which is usually the key to keeping produce fresh. I've seen condensation on the edges and bottom of the containers, but not on the produce. The lids fasten securely and feel sturdy. The entire container feels sturdy and of quality.Some people note issues washing the containers due to the nubs on the bottom, but if you soak it in soapy water for a bit, there are no issues cleaning it. The nubs seem to be enough to keep any excess moisture separated from your produce. Now if you wash your produce and don't dry it well enough and put it in these containers, it won't perform as well and the nubs won't be quite enough I don't think. But that's not quite what it's designed for.These are a wonderful addition to my farm fresh produce that I get to keep it much longer. I am impressed and the price wasn't unreasonable for the quality. I highly recommend.

One seal didn't fit my small food storage container. I sent a message to Rubbermaid asking for a replacement. Not sure how it will turn out. If I need to, I'll return it all for refund HOWEVER the container i did use was very good at keeping my broccoli fresh. IF the customer support is good then I'll be happy again OTHERWISE back it goes.
