Nauticus - SX Smart Tabs Trim Tabs for Boat Length 21'-25' - SX10512-70 DB

The smart tabs one hundred percent fixed my problem with the bow riding high and making visibility hard at low speeds. The tabs have lifted the weight of the motor and raised the transom for a flatter ride at lower speeds and goes on plane smoother and faster.

These are absolutely a great product. They work exactly like the company claims. Bow stays down and no porpoising at all! Actually bought another boat that came with hydraulic trim tabs and I wish i could replace those with these!

Well this is my second set of smart tabs. I expected to write a 5 star review but...nopeFirst a very small detail but worth mentioning is incomplete an poorly written install instructions including an included template in booklet that when cut destroys the picture instructions. So if you are installing tabs make sure you take pictures of instructions before you cut template out or you will have to try to make out what instructions say with mutilated paper.But i guess not to big deal, i guess thats what too expect in 2020.But i anxiously waited an received my tabs an foolishly i guess started installing them so as to test the tabs out over the weekend without checking the supplied parts cause i fugured an figured wrong that they would supply the right sized parts for their products.I followed instructions an have done one set before so i made good progress, until i came to the part where you need a bolt and nut to secure the tabs too the bottom of boat.The supplied bolts were more than an inch too small. So now i was unable to comolete instal and had already cut up my transom an filled with waterproofing sealant.So i cut up my transom to instal tabs an test tabs only to not be able to instal because they did not provide the proper sized bolts to fit their tabs.Ok figure easy fix.called customer service no answer,emailed their customer service with detailed response of problem, no reply.So far very disappointed. I mean if you sell a product, can you put right parts in the boxand if not And something happens at least respond to me and quickly send out right bolt??? Or let me know if you intend too.Lame.Might have to return an past up the holes i cut into my transom. Boo!

Great addition to any boat

Installed on my 2000 Maxum 2100 but don't see a real difference in the planing or other stability.
