It's heavy duty I like how the engine is set up and adjustment and shuts the lid really slowly without slamming I like it wish I thought of it sooner

Really happy with this buy. Top quality, super easy to clean. Has been installed about a year now and still looks and performs like brand new.

The screws do not work, after finally assembling and installing the seat, it keeps popping off every time I get off the toilet. Do not purchase this item. To late for me to send it back.

This item was a bit pricey.

It's very shiny and glossy in appearance. This means it does collect smudges pretty quick. It also scratches fairly easily which reveals the outer and inner plastic/paint. Beneath the paint it's white, so any scratches stand out a lot.Functionally the soft close works fine and is nice, especially later at night when trying to be quiet.

Where to start? I’ve installed a few toilet seats in my life and this was the easiest ever.Once the old seat is removed, you need no tools beyond what is in the box. You can adjust the seat to your comfort by the installation holes. The instructions are clear and have good illustrations of how the parts go together.The seat and cover are solid and strong. No floppy weak plastic. The hinges are metal and well made. I have confidence that this seat will last me many years. It has a soft close lid so no banging or noise.The look is classic and very clean. I was able to pick a color to match the decor I had previously chosen. No mismatched surfaces or cobbled together look.I would recommend this company and their products to anyone looking to buy them. I’ll be making future purchases from them as well.

I received my toilet seat and it was missing one nut. I was so disappointed BUT I am so impressed with this company. I immediately sent a e-mail with information that I was missing a part. It was during a holiday weekend. I received a e-mail telling me they received the e-mail. Another one telling me they are processing the discrepancy. Another one telling me the order is on the way with a delivery date. My item was delivered 3 days early.I was pretty happy with how the company handled my order with the problem.The toilet seat is top grade. Very heavy. Shiny. And I absolutely love the quick release function making it so easy to clean. They have taken toilet seats to a new dimension. I got the red one because it matches my bathroom. It also comes in black. Would be nice if they had a white one.If in the market for a new seat, don’t pass this one up.

I needed this toilet seat after hours suddenly gave away very late one night. My Husband and I were overjoyed to see that Amazon had this excellently related model marked “overnight delivery: 4 AM to 8 AM). It arrived “only 12 hours late, after the estimated delivery time had been “adjusted” on-site four or five times. When the item arrived, it was adequate EXCEPT caps that several parts were loose and wobbly, and had to be patched at home, by. me using bits of “nano tape” ay the loose points. It should hold — maybe.
