Ortho Molecular - Methyl B Complex - 60 Capsules

A very awesome and high quality vitamin B product! Has all the superior forms of B vitamins that are highly bio-available to the body! Great price, and I know it is making a difference in my body for two reasons. The first and most important reason being, I feel better, more energized, and have an uplifted mood when I take this Vitamin B supplement. The second reason I know it is working is gonna sound kind of funny, but its true... I can see that my urine is turning a very neon yellow, which is a tell-tale sign that your body is getting more than enough vitamin B (Do not take this in a negative way... What I mean is this... B vitamins are water soluble, so your body will UTILIZE what they need and then excrete whatever isn't needed in your urine... I'm not saying that the capsules are giving too much in a harmful way... The only way it could be harmful is if you take more than the recommended amount or you don't drink any water/liquids). I will most likely be exploring other products from this brand, because for some reason.. The name gives me a feeling that they are very professional and passionate about making high quality supplements for their customers.

OrthoMolecular Products, in my opinion, offer the best quality supplements available. They're very particular about Quality Assurance. Upon reading the label below the ingredients it states in red bold letters 'NOT FOR SELL THROUGH AMAZON.COM.' I called the Ortho Molecular Customer Service line (obtained from their website) which was most helpful and the representative explained why. Nothing against Amazon.com, they're just very particular and concerned with shipping/handling of their products, how heat/cold may affect the make-up of the Methyl B-Complex causing it not to possible be beneficial when consumed. Hope this is helpful.

I haven't been able to find the same compound anywhere else. It always arrives on time, and works well. I just wish the pricing was a bit better, or you could get a discount by ordering it in much larger quantities or something.

I love this product. I can always tell when I don’t take it, my energy level will drop.
