Sometimes great ...but very inconsistent!
When I first ordered this cheese, it was really delicious. It was the first time that I had tasted blue cheese that was both creamy and not too salty. But, my second order was totally different. It was as if someone had held me down and pour a box of salt down my throat !

Great taste
This cheese is creamy and really has a great blue cheese taste. I eat it by its self and melt on steaks. Very good. I just wish the shipping wasn't so costly.

Sadly this is one of my least favorite Blue Cheese, very bland, no true flavor, and texture is hard and dull!
