Faulty but replaced
Broke after 6 months of occasional use. Contacted seller and they didn't reply until amazon got involved. Seller admitted manufacturer fault. Refused a refund and offered a replacement jug. Since I had to go and buy another blender I didn't accept this. I have no faith in the unit as a whole now as it has been admitted there is a fault. Seller is no longer responding. UPDATE- seller did respond and replaced. Replacement working well.

Blender had already been used
I received this blender in a box that was already opened. No instruction booklet, blender had been used and still had food on it. This had clearly been used and then repackaged. This item should have never been sent.

Great value
This blender is sturdy and extremely powerful and happily would compare it to brand names. The motor is strong and makes very quick work of frozen berries / ice / fruit.

Super efficient blender
This is a superb blender and great value for money. I use it for blending fermented chilli and vegetables to make hot chilli sauces. Very powerful with complete speed control.Easy to clean. Great product.
