UPPAbaby MESA Infant Car Seat Rain Shield

I researched infant car seats for months before I decided to give this (higher end, expensive) car seat a try. Not disappointed! This car seat has the feel of quality, the build to last, and the aesthetic design to please. The car seat is comfortable for baby (she knocks out in it right away), and is spacious enough to allow her to grow in it. But the real quality are in what you don't see: (1) the latch system and (2) the base.(1) the latch system is incredible, easy to use, easy to store when not in use, and feels safer than other latch systems I've used in the past. A simple press of an orange button releases the latch from the base and easily latches onto the vehicle.(2) the base feels like it's filled with sand and metal. It's heavy, but feels safe! This base is the foundation of the safety of the Mesa, and its obvious when you install it into your vehicle. I don't own a vehicle myself, so I rent up to 3 times a month, and installing/uninstalling this seat is always a breeze! I would absolutely recommend this seat to parents!By the way, I loved this seat so much I ended up buying the entire Vista stroller - such is my confidence in Uppababy now.

I bought this as an Amazon warehouse deal for a great price. I used this rain cover for the first time in very windy, but not rainy weather. I was hoping it would protect my three day old baby from the strong wind but the wind blew it off of my Cybex aton car seat. While the rain cover is the perfect size for my car seat, I think the elastic would fit more securely on most other car seats where the car seat shell under the baby's feet goes in (Cybex infant car seat shells are rounded). I plan to only use this in the rain and will make sure to hold it on the car seat if it's very windy.Update: I used this again on a drizzly and cold day. The cover worked perfectly. It kept my baby dry and better insulated from the cold. It didn't blow off at all.

Purchased this after some really rainy spring weather here in NorCal. I am really liking this cover for protecting my little guy. We had my older daughters morning Softball Opening Day parade and my lil babe was the only one perfectly dry in the rainy chaos! The cover is made so well, and is so easy to attach. The mesh side vents are a really nice addition for breathability and the opening for the handle is great. I am not able to attach this one handed as I try to do almost anything while having a newborn lol but it is fast and easy anyway. I keep the cover in my car most of the time just in case there is rando rain and that has happened several times. Do make sure to pay attention to the handle flap since a bit of rain can make it to your babes face while open. A quick adjustment of the angle you are holding the carrier and closing the flap bit keeps them from getting wet. Absolutely reccomend for anyone with the Mesa.

Great quality and adequate air ventilation. This cover does not fit on a nuna car seat. I think it would fit on an infant Graco. It's kind of small but if used with matching car seat feature will work. I'd recommend the J is for Jeep one on Amazon if you have a different car seat. The other down side of this cover is if it was raining hard likely water would sprinkle in the sides. I live in Oregon and this would not always be the best rain cover. Overall very good quality, easy to use and very compact.

I bought this cover for my Chico car seat. It fits pretty well and it protects from rain and cold weather as it prevents the direct flow of air.I am not sure if it is safe for COVID-19 but as it protects from the direct flow of air, I am using it when I want to go to the grocery. It protects from direct airflow so it may have some level of protection.I have a Chicco car seat and it fits pretty well with mine. However, as with all one-size stuff, it may not be that perfect. On the back and forth of it, it has a sewing stitch to fitting the cover easier. In addition, on both sides, it has net clothes to make it safe.Finally, I liked this product and I am happy using it.
