How much weight can 4 brackets hold together?

Not sure about the weight, but any screw w an anchor can average about 20lbs. I have 4 figurines, a 5x4 picture & memorial for my dad probably not even 10lbs.

Need to keep my umbrella base in place. Any suggestions?

I assume you meant the patio umbrella base, although I am not sure what type you have or if it's placed on wood, etc however these in my opinion would not help you at all. Sturdy but not heavy duty for large amount of weight or pressure. Hope this helps

How long are the screws

Don't know measurements......but very short. I had to buy longer ones.
