Great product, great value, especially with subscribe and save. This has little, if none ACV smell and taste, unlike others that I have tried. It's not a huge issue, but does make a difference.ACV has many proven attributes and is very beneficial for our bodies. It has an anti-inflammatory effect that can help arthritis. It is also anti-fungal, which helps with both Candida (a fungal infection that can affect the mouth, esophagus and stomach) and SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). These both involve the gastrointestinal tract, and can cause many distressing symptoms. SIBO is actually very prevalent in our society, with the large amount of refined, processed food that's available here in the US. Many people with gastrointestinal upset could have SIBO and don't know it.I'm not a doctor, but from my personal results from taking ACV, I'd recommend this product. It has helped with both my arthritis and to cure my Candida and SIBO (combined with a change in my diet and by taking some other supplements...fish oil, flaxseed oil and coconut oil).

I have taken Apple Cider Vinegar supplements for several years and I believe they benefit me. In my opinion, I think they help me lose a little weight ( maybe a fact or only a opinion). I like the Nutricost brand. I am like most supplement consumers; I wish we would be able to buy our favorite brands of supplements all of the time at a cheaper price. So, watch for a sale price on our favorite supplements.

I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar via liquid shots for year. This year I changed over to the pill form to make sure I take it daily. I didn’t love these. I’m actually buying a new bottle from brags before I’m halfway through. Didn’t feel the benifit like natural weight loss and balance ( down there) the way I did with the brags brand. Proceed with caution.
