I was experiencing sore breasts and read on the Internet that it could be helpful to take Evening Primrose oil. I tried this product. It worked for me. I have been using this product now for a couple of years. I don't know if this would work for everyone, but it ended my problem. You can research on line like I did if you're curious about it.
