I had a bit of a struggle when it came to putting it together but it is definitely worth the money.

Though the wrong product was sent, they refunded all charges and allowed me to keep the beds...so in the end I ended up paying for the installation chg of 100.00 only for the 2 beds. When they fix their inventory, I will reorder the third bed I require and when the wrong ones fall apart because they are composite wood, than I will reorder from this seller, when their inventory is correct. The way they handled this unfortunate situation was fantastic. However, still make sure the bed comes in 3 boxes. The 2 box model is completely composite wood. Junk! If you get the 3 box model, it is in fact the bed made of pine. If you receive only 2 pkgs than don't even bother opening them, they are composite wood and they have sent you the incorrect bed. Composite wood does not hold up to children. In the composite bed the drawers have only slides, not rollers and are really difficult to slide back and forth. The pieces themselves, have laminate fronts on the composite bed and look really bad. The bed is so unfinished that when you slide your hand along it, splinters catch your hand. Do not accept the composite bed, you are paying for pine, not composite.

This was absolutely the worst purchase we have ever made from Amazon. In an attempt to provide my children a cool sleeping experience, we were severely let down by what sounded like it was going to fit the bill. From the description alone, "clear instruction", "quality material", "sturdy loft bed", "rugged stability", "no shaking", it can be concluded that this was deception at its finest. We purchased this bed assemblage on April 20, 2022 and since we open the boxes and assembled it, it has been one nightmare after the next.For instance, some of the wood pieces already had cracks in them, which the company cleverly painted over to hide. Next, it was not the most easiest installation either. There were pieces that simply did not fit together and even appeared to not belong to anything in the box at all. Not to mention the "sturdy" construction was clearly lacking all around.Believe me, we scrutinized many loft beds svery carefully, being mindful to single one ones that contained manufactured wood or had bad reviews. We even made sure that we received three boxes, as one reviewer mentioned to keep an eye out for. Supposedly the three box version contained pine wood instead of composite, well if this is pine, it is the absolute worst, bottom-of-the-barrel pine imaginable to mankind. I think I can find dunnage at a hardware store with more quality than this.I am honestly scared every time my children climb up the rickety ladder to get in their beds, because the shaking has me questioning their safety. I'm just waiting for the day I am going to find a screw on the floor. I even contemplated putting blue/red Loctite on the threads to keep them from backing out. What makes it worse is that the bed stands against the wall, making it impossible to retighten the screws as the instruction manual asks you to do periodically.At this point, I don't even want a replacement product sent and just want my money back. I'd rather pay twice as much and go to a hardware store to buy quality wood and build my own bed, instead of wondering when this one will come crashing down. At least I will have piece of mind.Once again, DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered bed and it arrived on time. It took two adults 3 hours to assemble with constant review of instructions. Parts and hardware are nicely labeled for easy identification. Unfortunately, the instructions are very difficult to read and in at least two cases, lack sufficient detail for proper assembly of the shelving units and stairs (where is part number 51 in the instructions!!). Pictures missing key details such as proper orientation of shelves with hardware holes for next assembly step. There was an addendum to the instruction step 13 that was a standalone piece of paper in the hardware box. This step added four additional dowels. Unfortunately there were no dowels available for this step of assembly. Some rub damage in packaging. In one instance, receiver holes were out of alignment and drilled twice right next to each other. Dowel holes did not fit the indicated dowel size. At least two dowels were damaged and there were no spare dowels in the hardware pack. Back panels did not accommodate lower screws without punching through the lower wood. (we stopped using the screws on the lower back panels because of this). Some damage to the desk top from what appears to be manufacturing. Most annoying was the assembly of the desk top - the receiving wood parts were not properly drilled (easily noticed on visible inspection) so that the desk top would only accept three of the four screws required. Not returning because the set is still functional in spit of many flaws. I would not buy this again.

All in all, this bed, bureau and desk work. The quality could have been better.There were pre-drilled holes that were missing on one side of both the deak and bureau. Also, we had to shim the drawer slides as the rollers would continuously fall out immediately. The drawers were each about a 1/2-3/4" too narrow, causing this.There were also a few of the lock screw holes that were double drilled and therefore the screws moved around.Another thing we have found is that the latch for the stairs does not stay closed. Good thing we have a large set of drawers full of Legos behind.
