Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg Per Serving, 240 Vegan Capsules- Gluten Free, Pure Non-GMO ALA- Supports Energy & Anti Oxidant

I have been using this alpha lipoic acid for a couple of years now and really enjoy the fact that it has no fillers. The only extra ingredient is the outer methyl cellulose capsule holding the ALA powder.Always very careful to pick the pills with very little to no fillers and this fit the bill. It has worked well and I take it in the morning before walking 5 miles each day and then again one at night. I have no stomach upset and no issues. I typically take this capsule along with my other vitamins and supplements. It’s a great product and I will continue using it!.

This product is nonrefundable. Apparently alpha lipoic acid can cause gastro intestinal problems with some people as it did with me. I suggest starting with a product that is returnable or a smaller quantity until you know if you can take it. I even tried halving the dosage and it was still a problem. Words of caution.
