These really work… husband really suffering with painful knees.These are easy to wear as not bulky, comfortable even under trousers.They don’t seem like they should help but they genuinely do.

First thing to note is that this is one item for use on one knee. I personally found the ‘one pack’ wording and photos of athletes wearing it on both knees misleading though to be fair it was less money than the packs with two.Secondly it says one size fits all but I find it too long and the Velcro doesn’t quite sit properly.It’s nicely packaged, seems decent quality and it isn’t too cumbersome so hopefully will prove useful though I haven’t yet put it to the test.Finally I found the lifetime guarantee card inside which tells you to email for a free second item but not to display the card on Amazon as potentially dodgy.

The knee strap doesn’t relieve pain, but the fit is perfect l. You can’t move very well with the strap on and the design is a little hard. The quality of the strap isn’t good.
