An excellent product which I have used for several year and has really helped with dry eyes. HOWEVER - recently, two of the monthly orders arrived sealed but the capsules inside the bottles were misshapen, stuck together and had clearly melted. When I tried to return them for refund/replacement, I was informed it was not possible!

This brand was specifically recommended by my eye doctor. It’s expensive but it has zero fishy taste or aftertaste at all. I take it every day.

For years I have had dry eyes to where the edge of my eyelids were also dry. This caused my eyelashes to look like they had dandruff. There was nothing I could do to make it better even using eyelid cleaners and foams.I got PRK done on both eyes and before surgery my doc gave me a bottle of the PNR fish oil omega 3. He said this will fix everything when it comes to dry eyes and he was right.A week after my surgery i had no dry eyes whatsoever and no more signs of dry eyelids and dandruff in the eyelashes. When I blink it feels good and I have not used wetting drops now for a month.I know it's expensive I get it but if you truly suffer from dry eyes, the price is worth it. You will not regret using these.

De 3 pills are helping me with my eyes surgery healing process. They are excellent and I will highly recommend them. They are very expensive but I had to get them.

Pleasant light lemon scent. Don't taste or burp fishy smells later. I take these with my breakfast. Capsules are a bit large and while I don't have a problem swallowing them, I could see that due to size, they may be a bit hard for some folks to swallow. I think it comes as a liquid as an option. Seems to be a good product.

My eye doctor suggests this product and I decided to order online at Amazon for better price. Amazon took the picture of the delivery on my porch in the HOT SUN, and then when I took the security tape off the top the pull inside was not secured and open. When I went to go return the item it said this product cannot be returned. So, I will not order sensitive items like this online. I did notify Amazon customer service after the 30 days, and they were very helpful.Product is wonderful but ordering it like this was not wonderful.
