Yep, it's worth it. Helps with Shin Splints and Planter Fasciitis
I was skeptical of these "magical" recovery slides. However, after struggling with Planter Fasciitis and barely able to walk in the mornings, these slides have made a huge difference. No, they didn't heal the Planter Fasciitis but the design took the pressure off my heal, offered support for my foot, which allows me to walk with MUCH LESS pain. The fit is good (I sized up after reading reviews) and the quality is great, very durable. I liked these so much that another family member was having severe shin splint pain so I recommended they try these. After trying them they said it took a couple days for them to "break in" their slides but they have helped a lot since then (they have low arches and the arch support was more than they were used to).I like these slides so much that I wear them around the house and out to walk the dogs! Versatile comfort.

1+ Years and Still Loving These Slides, Great for Plantar Fasciitis
This is the gift to myself that keeps on giving. I originally purchased these recovery slides in December 2023 after my Podiatrist highly recommended them to help with my severe Plantar Fasciitis. Previously, I had tried so many different options to reduce the pain for both of my feet, such as wearing specialized night splints, painful foot injections, and shoe inserts. A lot of these offered only temporary relief and some of them felt like a very involved process. These Oofos Slides were an absolute game-changer. They are incredibly comfortable and help support my arches. It feels like they provide cushion with every step, and after a year of heavy usage, they have held up nicely with minimal wear and tear. Although I do try to keep these exclusively as my indoor house shoes, I have traveled outside in these to check the mail and do a few things outside around the house, so when they have gotten dirt or mud on them, the material of these make it a breeze to simply rinse off. The material isn't porous either, so it won't soak up/retain water and can be dried very quickly.I typically wear a US Men's 8.5/Women's 9-9.5, so for these I got a Men's 8/Woman's 10. I, personally, think I got a good size because I wanted something that gave me a little extra room that wasn't a snug fit. However, if I did want these to somewhat hug my feet, I would size down.I was advised by my Podiatrist to never walk around barefoot, so these slippers travel almost EVERYWHERE with me. --on cruises, overseas trips, family visits, really anywhere I know I'll be staying for a few days. I love these so much I tell everyone they have to step into them to see and feel the difference between these Oofos and their slippers. I've even bought a pair for both of my parents who have issues with their knees because I know how much of a positive experience I've had with these shoes to help with the pain. If these ever wear out, I will definitely be getting this brand again.

Great recovery slides after a workout
Love my oofas! Super comfortable, sturdy, and great to slip on after a hot yoga or pilates class. Great recovery shoes after being on your feet all day too. Fit as expected.

soft
They're ugly AF in my opinion, but they are comfortable. I only wear them in the house. They help with my heels. They're very bouncy and be careful walking down stairs lol.

Wide feet or want to wear with socks? Size up!
I love this brand- I have the flip flops as well and wanted to buy the slides primarily for indoor use for my plantar fasciitis. I normally wear a size 10 wide (although I am technically a 9.5). I bought a woman's size 10 wide and these were a little snug for me and I went up a size in case I wanted to wear socks with them. So, my advice to you, if you want to wear them with socks and you have wide feet, would be to size up. I love the thickness and find no slipperiness with these.

Great Comfort but Sizes Run VERY Large
I live in FL so I wear these on a daily basis. They are very comfortable and effective at preventing soreness and for recovery. This is actually my second pair and this pair replaced my first pair which I received originally as a gift. The first pair was purchased to match my regular size 9 shoe size. They were very big on me, fell off once in a while during normal gait and you can't get them wet while wearing them. For example running from a business to the car in the rain they get so slippery, they slide right off your foot. I tried to live with them for a while and finally bit the bullet and bought these size 8 based on the size chart posted in the product description which says 9.8 in the "heel to toe" column. I assumed this meant 9.8 inches which should have fit me fine based on my actual heel to toe length in inches. The size 8 I'm wearing now are more than 11.25 inches heel to toe. The Size 9 are more like 11.75 inches heel to toe. I tried a pair of size 6 one time and they were much too small so I am hoping my current re-order for a size 7 finally fits right. One other minor nitpick regarding shipping estimates. I clicked through a search which clearly said Prime Next Day. When I placed the order for the size 7 a few days ago the cart quoted me a shipping ETA for August 25. The next day I received a new shipping estimate for August 1st, still more than a week difference from Prime Next Day. Apparently next day applied only to certain sizes.
