Amazing but don’t use metal utensils
The nonstick factor is incredible but it can be scratched

Excellent pan for roasting vegetables / baking
After breaking my stoneware baking/roasting sheet that I'd had for 30-some years, I was dismayed at the cost of replacing it. This was a perfect, cost-effective replacement. Plenty big for roasting lots of vegetables, baking cookies, or even drying kale for kale chips. The non-stick ceramic surface is easy to clean and should hold up well if one takes a little care with utensils and hand-washes only. All in all, I like it very much and may replace some other, old aluminum baking sheets with other sizes of this GreenLife sheet.

LOVE
These pans are beautiful and functional. Everything I've tried so far has cooked very well and cleanup is extremely easy. Everything just slides right off. The only sad thing is that they do scratch, so when I've placed them on my gas range grills they've scratched up the bottoms, but that is to be expected. Net, don't use metal utensils on the cooking surface!

Waste - bad quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Brand new but arrived badly scratched. The ceramic coating looks cheaply done and seems like it will wear off quickly. Not healthy if you eat the coating !

Nice pan with a twist
I really like the pan. I use a liner with it so the white surface does not get blemished. What I don’t like is once the pan heats up, it twists, it does not stay flat.

THE BEST PAN EVER
This is above and beyond my favorite pan I've ever owned in my entire life. Just make careful not to drop it ceramic coding will chip. I bought mine at Walmart almost a year ago. Dropped it (hard) and chipped it I spent 3 months looking for a replacement they stop selling them everywhere. I love the pans so much I even called the company many times pleading them to please put it back on the market not going to say it was just because of me probably a lot of people did eventually I saw it on Amazon back in stock and I bought 3. I'm seriously considering redoing my entire kitchen surrounding just these products alone. Treat them with kindness and they shall last. But even if they don't I'll still continue to buy them as long as they sell them never use a spatula again trust me tilt the pan and everything slides right off nothing has ever stuck and wipes clean with a paper towel you don't even need to wash it often.

Rust and caking issues. Not ceramic UNDERNEATH
I've had this pan for a few months and try to take care of it. If you purchase it you notice that there is a lip underneath that is almost impossible to dry. Rust QUICKLY accumulates there even when I dry the whole pan right away. Only buckled at 400 degrees which I did once and that seemed to ruin the non-stick since things began caking on more. I wouldn't say that I've used this pan a lot and when I do something messy I over-cover it with parchment/wax paper so it never touches the pan. Overall, I like the size and that's why I bought it. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding how to care for the pan but it seems there's no reason to own it if I want to actually cook on its surface.

Read this Review:
I have had my cookie sheet for 2 years now. I use it for roasting meats and veggies. I've really abused this pan with what I've done to it...oils and fats and sugars getting burned on to the surface, letting it sit in its filth for days because sometimes LETS BE HONEST I get lazy, banging it around trying to get it back in the cupboard the right way. After all of my mismanaging, this pan is still my favorite one I have ever had in my life. Just so I dont say "perfect" too many times in this review, I will just make a list of all the perfect things about this pan. Size matters, color, easy to clean, even roasting, durability, coating, non chemicals, THE PRICE. Actually that's all I could think of because what more do you want from a sheet pan? Just buy it. If you dont like it that says more about yourself than the pan.
