It is possible if you connect 2 drivers in parallel.

Q: Can it be used to charge 12 volt battery?

not very sure. you need to check battery charging current requirement for the battery. in general ,this is not the power supply to charge the battery.

Q: Can i use this in 30 meters led strip

12V-2A Driver is optimal to drive 5 Meter Strip for good Light output. You have to us 6 Driver for 30 Meter Led Strip. Or use higher rating Driver.
