My go to for coffee sweetener
I have used Pyure Organic Stevia Powder for several years, and I absolutely love it! It's become my favorite sweetener for my morning coffee and ice tea. Here’s why I’m a big fan:All-Natural and Organic: It feels good knowing that Pyure is made from organic stevia. No artificial stuff or GMOs, just pure goodness.Great Taste: Unlike some other stevia products I’ve tried, Pyure has a nice, clean sweetness without that weird bitter aftertaste. It’s perfect for sweetening my coffee, tea, and smoothies. Plus, you only need a tiny bit to get the job done.Long-Lasting: A little goes a long way, so one package lasts a really long time. It’s definitely a good deal for the price.Healthy Choice: As someone trying to cut back on sugar, Pyure has been amazing.Overall, Pyure Organic Stevia Powder is a fantastic find.

Suprisingly Awesome...But It's Different
I was accustomed to having to use a fair amount of my previous product, which I believe was formulated to mimic sugar (granulated and degree of sweetness per tsp). So, I was initially shocked by how little of the product is in the bottle and how unpleasant the taste was (because I used too much). So, I tucked it away as a fail. But I reread some reviews (and finally read the label & product title :-) and realized you need VERY little to sweeten. I use it in tea, cereal, on fruit, in overnight oats, etc. I am not sure how I would bake with it, but I plan to experiment. This is a great tasting, single-ingredient, organic product and this small 25g bottle will last a long time for me.

Best tasting Stevia on the market - and I've tried multiple brands
Pure brand Stevia in this container, which is the "powdered" version (with a very fine consistency similar to say powdered sugar), is the best tasting Stevia out there. It is very concentrated, which means you only need a very small amount to sweeten a cup of coffee or glass of iced tea. Again, it is a very fine powder so can be somewhat hard to control when using the little scoop that comes inside. I personally transfer the entire contents into a different container, which totally solves that issue. Even so, I would not want the manufacturer to change a thing - the taste is too good as it is! It's 'pure' Stevia (no pun intended) with no additives - and it's organic!!We (my husband and I - he also loves this brand of Stevia) have tried other brands of Stevia in an effort to save a few dollars, but always end up coming back to Pure brand. It is not bitter; maybe if you use too much, it might be. You have to start out using a very small amount, taste your item, and go from there. And if you're new to using Stevia, you may also need to 'adapt' your taste buds to the 'new' flavor of Stevia from the other crud-for-you artificial sweeteners that you may be using currently. Is it worth the price? Yes! The taste is great and for us is never bitter, it's pure in form and organic. And this container can last a very long time because of how little is needed to sweeten. We also like the packets, which is "granular" not powdered; I keep these in my purse for using at restaurants. We do find that the "powdered" version is more concentrated and therefore you need less of it than the "granular" version, but both taste great!! And my husband really likes the liquid that is gently squirted into a drink, oatmeal, etc., which also tastes great!!

Finally, highly available, pure stevia!
I've been waiting for stevia to get mainstream enough to be available to purchase, in its pure form, from major retailers like Amazon. Previously, I've purchased either diluted powders, or raw stevia leaves. I was really glad when I saw this! This is truly pure stevia -- it's shockingly sweet to anyone who hasn't had something like it. So if you're reading this and you put a half a teaspoon in your coffee, thinking that's enough... don't complain when it doesn't taste good. A cup of coffee would be overloaded with two scoops from the tiny (0.15 ml!!) scoop that comes with this. Yes, stevia really is that sweet. Sometimes, when things get too sweet, the body can register it as sour or bitter. So, start really small and add tiny amount until you know what's good for you.About the price: Yes, this is absurdly expensive. Considering that stevia is just a leaf, and can be grown most of the world over, this is some stupidly expensive powder. But, the convenience factor (buy from amazon, carry around a year's supply of sweetener for your tea or coffee in your backpack or purse) makes it still worth it, in my opinion. Not to mention there's not really any other option for pure, powdered stevia extract. So, even though they're making a killing on this, I'm willing to pay.The bottle is a bit messy. The powder is similar to powdered sugar, so it sticks to the bottle and the spoon. Probably small static charges. It would be nice, at this price point, if they could find a way to fix this problem. But, not the end of the world.

Perfect, and not bitter
It’s powdery, like powdered sugar, instead of granular like TJ’s stevia (only TJ’s bottle, not the packets, has pure stevia, as does Pyure), which can be a bit messier until you learn how to handle it with some care. But it’s sweeter and, to me - a real sugar addict - this brand tastes sweeter and has no bitter after taste. I use less of this than TJ’s to get a more satisfying taste. I use a napkin under it to catch any stray powder. Most other brands have other sweeteners in them, including glucose! This is the best pure stevia sweetener I’ve ever tried, and it doesn’t spike my blood sugar. For carrying some in my purse, the little FantasyDay® 3 Pack 10ML Silicone Cream Jar with Sealed Lidsfrom Amazon work very well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075P6QD82/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1For my coffee, I just tap the overturned lid over my cup.
