Bit tricky to put together but good would buy again looks like it will last long time take it down for winter put it in bag sold sepratley

Followed the instructions and put it all together, a little fiddly at times, but managed well enough. I am normally good with DIY so okay, but have arthritis in hands so made it fiddly, don't get old :-)once up, BrilliantLooks Great, and really does the job very wellhad to take back down to change the outdoor lights and paint the house, so easy, undo the two M6 bolts and slip it out of the brackets (Two man job for safeties sake) and later just pushed back into brackets and re-inserted the retaining M6 bolts, Superbly easyWe love it.

This item was delivered very promptly. It did take some head scratching to get it assembled. A little fiddley to get it running true. Some of the printed instruction ( pictures ) a little blurred and not always shown in the same mode. Generally written instructions well done but certain items mentioned but only became clear of function once assembled.Whilst check list and all items were present it was a shame that not all paint surfaces are individually wrapped. They have obviously rubbed together in transit and scratched off paint in small areas. In fairness not enough for me to consider returning product, just annoying.Otherwise a good value item that looks good now it's installed and easy to use.

Assembly was much easier than feared, looks lovely, great quality

Looks good, but instructions hopeless and outer of awning drops to less than 6 feet, requiring a pair of props.

Very happy, it's been on the house for a year,still looking new.

This item is poor quality and when fitted does not work well and not find it safe so we remove it
