This product was recommended to me by a pharmacist and I have been taking it for over 8 months for my brain health régimen for seizure treatment. When I dont take them I feel the difference. Glad I was able to find a big size, at a great price. Ordered from the Welling seller and they did great. Packaged in a USPS padded bag from Texas with Prime. Exp date of 2024 and were in 3/4/2021. Works for recovery
Definitely notice a difference in muscle recovery after heavy or hard workout days. I take these before bed, waking up feeling strong and ready for my next morning workout.

So far so good.
4 capsules is the recommended daily dosage. That was too much for my stomach to handle so I take 2 in the morning. I almost quit using them, but I did some research. The bottle recommends taking with juice. I also learned you need to take amino acids with a carbohydrate and a fat...not a protein. I do an English muffin with butter or some avocado and fruit. I eat half and then take the capsules with juice. then I finish the other half. Once I started doing taking them in that way my stomach has been fine. I haven't noticed any difference yet, but it's only been 2 weeks.

Great for an intestinal cleanse
Not sure about the 4 capsule suggested usage but ONE will flush my bowels out in a couple of hours. They are great if you are constipated.
