Very difficult to assemble very takes forever screw to tight will not fold flat screw to loose screws fall out after a couple of ups and downs I only had it two days and when I tried to force it down one of the arms snapped. the whole thing is rubbish Don't buy

Item, when opened, had that beautiful wood smell. I opened the packaging and split all the pieces, and then followed the awful directions to assemble. One of the poles had split, one of the screws refused to screw in (was just screwing into air rather than wood) and fell out every time the item was moved, and to top it off, the concertina didn't work as one of the poles was too short.I hasten to point out that I am good at DIY, read the instructions fully and tried a couple of different ways to put together, but to no avail.So I requested a retun which was accepted, and sent it back. I waited 2 weeks and no refund so contacted the seller. They processed a partial refund, and when challenged blamed me for the defective product, saying I shouldn't have bought something I couldn't put together, or should have contacted them for new parts rather than returning, so they were charging me postage. The item was purchased with free postage in the first place! Had to contact amazon to get the refund sorted.So whilst the product looked beautiful in the packaging, and seemed sturdy, it was faulty so I cannot recommend.

If you're looking at this, and looking at all the negative reviews, but thinking like I did: well, I really want a wooden clothes dryer.. surely it can't be that bad? STOP. It is garbage. Save your money. It is highly likely in my experience that it WILL break on you. Read all the negative reviews. I owned mine for 34 days, at which point after very light use I noticed the screws are working themselves loose (see photos). The whole thing is on the point of collapse. It's a massive design flaw because every time you concertina this thing flat and then put if back up, the screws are forced to turn in their hole, and this means they work themselves loose. I haven't even mentioned how long it takes to assemble the thing. You can see all the other reviews which complain about this. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund but they refused because they are cruel and cheap and nasty. Save your money. Don't buy this. Thanks and take care :)

Brought this mid Nov and it has mould on the bars already so leaving marks on our clothes. Not great quality, drops in height when heavier items are placed on it I.e jumpers and jeans and not easy to assemble.
