Crumbly
The cookies were crumbly but ok, taste excellent I was given these cookies as a gift couldn’t stop eating them. Soft batch will be great too

Cowboy cookies are absolutely delicious... HEB got this down perfectly.. my granddaughters just love them... always a special treat.. and not that the are living in NC... I send a care package every now and then and they are always so thrilled... and they arrive in great condition...
