Adjustable for individual's comfort level. Have used for years, and going on my third purchase. Don't know what I would do without the support on those occasions I have to do a lot of walking.

I have meniscus trouble and this still allows me to walk without discomfort slipping and is a great fit.

This is the most comfortable, most supportive brace I’ve tried. This is my 2nd time purchasing. First one lasted years but after much use, Velcro is not holding any longer. It did last a long time though and I recommend this brace to friends. Everyone who’s tried it has loved it.

Now that I've made several modifications, I love these sleeves. I own two dozen knee supports of various kinds and I have to wear a pair every day, after a poor outcome from surgery. These are my current favorites, but only after taking a pair of scissors to them, which I don't recommend for everyone. I didn't like not being able to take them on and off without removing my shoes, so I cut off the inner sleeve part. I hated the gel support thing, and I hated having my patellar covered as it increased the pressure on it. So I cut a big hole for the patellar. Now I am happy. They are fabulously slim, flexible, and cannot easily be detected under most clothes. They are light and very comfortable and easily adjustable. For my knees, the fastening in opposite directions above and below the kneecap is ideal. They fit me well. I am 5'5" and 138 lbs. So these are my go-tos. I wish wish wish they made them in different colors. Perhaps three or four different flesh tones. I don't always want pale blue fabric showing below a skirt or light summer pants. I am tempted to buy fabric and see if I can make my own. Or maybe Futuro will make some in black, flesh tones, and other colors so I don't have to spend hours trying to.

This brace didn't fit right. It bunched up in places and, therefore, didn't provide good support. I returned it.

I have used many products ( for 25+ years) for arthritis pain. I’ve had 48 steroid shots, rotator cuff replacement, —you get the picture! I include this information to illustrate that I’ve tried every cream, patch, etc. on the market. I had 2 Total Knee Replacements on right leg, will have the left knee replaced as soon as I can ( waiting bec of Covid). I wore this brace on my right knee before the first replacement. I loved it. Now, I am 6 months out of 2nd replacement. For all of you with arthritis, joint replacements, etc., you know the knee isn’t perfect after a replacement. I started wearing my brace, realized that I have less leg pain, my leg is stronger , and I have less swelling. Therefore, I bought another one for my left knee. So, I wear 2! Just worked in the yard for 4 hours with both braces on. I will continue to wear them both. The older one still works( tightness, Velcro, etc.) as well as the new one. I wouldn’t consider buying any other brace. For me, the product was true to size. Also, I’m 66 years old.

It’s designed with good intentions but doesn’t stay in place even with best efforts in using the adjustable Velcro flaps unless you want your blood to stop flowing through your leg.If your thigh is not big enough to stretch the top (you may need to weigh more than 200 lbs to have that benefit), the extra fabric will become a nuisance after a 30’ walk.That’s why I return this knee support for women. I try my husband’s medium-size one of the same brand. It stays in place, provides very good support, and is easier to put on.
