Raid 2, the / Raid, The: Redemption - Set - Blu-ray + Digital

These movies are incredible. I watch them all the time and never get tired of it. And there are 2 of them!! Such an amazing blessing these are graced upon the martial arts loving society. They use a martial arts style called Pencak Silat and is now one of my favorite forms of martial arts. It is a lot of aggressive movements and is all about overwhelming the person you are fighting. There is not much of a story to the first one but it does not even matter the action is so good. The choreography is amazing and I now see every movie the actors are in with hopes of seeing more of their fight scenes. The main character and one of the bad guys are the choreographers to the movie. If you like John Wick watch these movies because they are just as amazing. They are not in English but seriously. INCREDIBLE MOVIES.

Some of the the besr action and fight scenes ever put to film and because of a flash sale i got both movies for $12 but they are well worth their regular price.If you like action buy this NOW! The Netflix show Daredevil basically stole this movies fighting style and way of filming but this movie clearly has better trained people because they move absurdly fast without tons of camera cuts and the camera isnt so close you dont know whats happening.It was filmed really well. You always know where every character is in the environment which is very important for a great fight scene.A must watch for sure.

Two of the best action movies ever made. The Raid is fast, simple and brutal, while the sequel expands the story and offers the same incredible action. Must have films for the man in your life. These are dubbed,would like to find original ckpies with subtitles to hear the original voices.

Great movies. First movie is wall to wall action. Crazy good martial arts. Reminds me of Tony Yaa movies. Second movie is a bit slower paced but some amazing action when it happens. Glad I bought these and a welcome addition to my collection!

This set is from 2021; no exp date for redeeming digital, but of the two codes, the one assigned to Raid 1 did not work, the one assigned to Raid 2 did work, but not for 2, it redeemed two versions of Raid 1 - including an unrated version. Only one minute difference in run times. Good deal at $15, Sony must be cleaning out the attic. Still both discs played, director's commentaries were actually interesting for both movies, and special features included several featurettes. Would like to have had both in digital as both usually stream with ads, including one bad experience on prime video with the audio language set in Spanish. I liked 2 just a smidge better, the bathroom fight, the nightclub/snow fight, and especially the kitchen.

Blu-Ray looks great & the price was right!Another great addition to my growing collection.Special features are exceptional as well.

Arrived in perfect condition! Great buy for the price! Unfortunately the digital code does not work for Vudu. I used movies anywhere and linked to ky Vudu but it still doesn't show up. But I linked movies anywhere to prime and can watch there. Kinda ridiculous the hoops they make you jump through just to watch movies you've bought.

Both movies are top tier action movies. There's a great deal of tension, the first has a very simple setup, but is expertly executed. For the second one they had more money and it shows, everything is ramped up.If you like proper action movies, you should definitely watch these. (As long as you don't mind subtitles...)
