It appears to be very good quality, weighted and strong. Warms up quickly. A good value. The design is great as it is long and has strong handles built in. Very good at heating up and working out sore muscles.

I’m very happy with this heat pack. It’s not overly heavy. I heated it in the microwave 20 seconds at a time until I found its sweet spot. It does have a certain scent, but I don’t find it offensive. I assume it will air out completely in time.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this heated neck wrap. I ordered this to help dealing with my stiff neck at the end of the work day and its been helping so far. The wrap is well made, the material is pretty soft, there is no tears or fraying and the seams are well stitched. I like that it has a good amount of weight as well which helps. My microwave takes about 60 seconds to get the wrap heated to a good level.

I am very happy with this product. This is moist heat at its best for your neck, back and shoulder area. Much better than dry heat. I just put it in my microwave for one minute and thirty seconds and the relief is awesome. I have better sleep. One does have to check the wattage of your microwave though. It is important to follow the instructions. It is worth the money.

Great while sitting at my desk. Keeps me from getting kink in my neck.

I love this so much I am going to buy more. I have this stiff neck which causes me so much pain up to my ears & when I use this heat pad it makes me feel so much better. I highly recommend everyone to buy this. ❤️ love it

I absolutely love the concept and the fabric choices. The only issue I have is that the heat doesn’t last that long, I have microwaved mine for up to 3 minutes. By the time I get to my room, the heat last for less than 5 minutes. I think it because of the filling. I’ve had one of these before that was filled with rice. It stayed hot for a longer time than this one.

This neck wrap replaces one I've had for around 20 years--flannel with psyllium seed--that gets piping hot after 3 minutes, lasts almost an hour, but doesn't heat evenly due to seeds pooling in too-large segments.This one has small, well-filled segments made of 100% dark navy cotton of good quality. Segments can be arranged evenly on neck and shoulders. I was hesitant to buy it after reading reviews of burning and flaming, but those all seem to be with the grey plush model. And I suspect the ovens might have had left over food in them.Despite the instructions, I've found that I need to nuke this wrap for 2 minutes on high in our 1000W oven. Smell is minimal and only when just coming out of oven. Not unpleasant. Kind of grain-y. Gets nice and hot, last around 15-25 minutes (hence just 4 stars) under my shawl-neck bathrobe.
