Quality is not good.
Seat quality is not good. it is cracking very soon. Customer service also not helpful. They say lifetime warranty but find the issue in our usage. Very costly product and need to buy again and again. High recommend not to by any Duravit products.

Do not EVER install Duravit toilets in your house - you will regret it
We have four Duravit toilets in the house we currently live in. Over the course of 5 years I've had to replace every toilet seat and I finally realized why. Duravit designs their seats so that they will crack over time, and you will be forced to purchase a $100 replacement seat. It's criminal. The footings underneath the toilet seat on this model are uneven. The front footers are taller than the rear footers, causing a "bowing" in the seat that will eventually force it to crack and break. NEVER purchase Duravit toilets if given the opportunity!

Poor quality and service
As with other reviews, I can confirm this seat is very prone to cracking. Forced to purchase this model for the third time now within the last 3 years. Using duct tape in the meantime to prevent pinching. Tried to contact Duravit several times while under warranty with no reply to date. Quality not as advertised.
