You can adjust the speed by your grip of the trigger paddle and feel the torque with your wrist! Only tighten as much as necessary!

No! But it is one of the best cordless ratchets I’ve bought. The Chinese knock-offs just don’t perform. They are to weak regardless of what they spec the product to be.
