This is the best OTC cough medication I have ever used. Works fast and lasts, and it doesn't taste bad.

Perfect for the medicine cabinet. Needed it quick and Amazon was great! Does the work with helping cough at bedtime to be able to rest through any cold or illness.

Do the math and you'll see you get more dextromethorphan per dose with this than with some other cough medicines. Also it tastes delicious, reminds me of taking Dimetapp when I was a kid. The orange tastes good, too. Either one is very much something you can take without needing to chase with a drink of water. And it works. It actually works so well that I took too much one night and COULD NOT cough even when I tried to to relieve the tickle in my windpipe. As a result I laid there making a weird sound in my attempts to cough, and when my hubby woke up and asked what was wrong and I said "I think I took too much cough syrup because I can't cough" he said "You broke your cough box". It's a Spongebob reference, and the reason I love him. Yes, we are middle aged people who still watch and routinely reference Spongebob episodes. But anyway, I highly recommend Delsym both grape and orange but the grape is a little yummier.

Works well, helps with coughing and non drowsy

I have postnasal drip like drips on my tonsils and I cough all the time not a bad cough but the cough that comes from sinus drippage and I couldn’t sleep at night so I started taking this just before bed and it helps me to sleep all night and at least half of the next day without coughing. I absolutely love this product.

I like it, tastes good and helps with cough.
