Quantity is. Infusing. Says 12 pods at top but 60 in description--which is it?

$40 for 12 t-discs! Are you out of your effing mind?

How many ounces in one serving? Is the extra cost for more coffee or higher quality?

We particularly like this coffee. It is called "extra large" in serving size, 12 ounce serving, more than the regular coffee discs. It is also called "bold" which we like.

Will this work in T50 Tassimo?

my guess is it will .this flavor will generate a nice foam on each cup and tasty coffee .I could find no info on a t-50, there is a t-55 and that with the bar code reader will do any tassimo type coffee discs.
