Can i take have a capsule? some people say that it is too strong.

That would be one solution. I would add a word of caution that one of the main ingredients in the nutritional supplement is Garlic. Some people love garlic, and some people dislike the taste/smell.

Are you guys the same as nutrigrove? I noticed the ingredients and doses are exactly the same.
