I did not like it

I've had this item for about two weeks and I am so disappointed. I use it everyday to have a coffee on the way into work, so it gets limited use (5 single uses a week) and the inner part has cracked at the top (hard to show on a picture, I apologise!) meaning that water gets between the two parts when washing but won't come out. If you want durable, this is not it.Secondly it leaks. A lot. Although the clasp shuts tight it has a small steam hole that is always open and quite a lot of liquid can seep out and leak if it gets knocked over.... As in a whole cup full can leak out if you're unaware that it has fallen over. If you want a mug with a lid, this is it but if you want something to carry liquid in safely, this is not it.Really disappointed as felt it was a trusted brand for quality.

Doesn’t keep hot drinks hot fir long.The photo is misleading. I thought I was buying a brown metal cup, where it’s actually clear plastic, with tea or coffee in the cup. Mine arrived without the tea 😢

Used this mug for one week. Looks fantastic, nice rubber grip around the middle. However, it does not keep drinks hot. It is like having a normal mug with paper on top and that's how fast it looses heat. The clip lip has a bigger hole than most travel mugs allowing you to have proper sips. The clip is now loose. Waste of money.

Be aware that this cup when you have the see-through plastic model is NOT dishwasher safe. Putting in the dishwasher causes the cup to bulge at the bottom so it no longer sits flush on a table - I made this mistake. It can still be used but it has undoubtedly caused it to lose its shape subtlety.As long as you realise you can’t dishwash it, it is in my opinion a really good travel cup. Doesn’t keep a drink hot like a flask would but perfect for taking a coffee out of the house for my 3 mile commute to work. Better than using single use cups. Instead of picking up a coffee shop coffee I now make my own. Saved around £60 per month!!!It has the best lid to drink from, smooth flow with a wide lip. The lid folds back on itself. Simple closing mechanism means there aren’t lots of nooks and crannies to harbour germs. Easy to grip and fits snugly in car cup holder.

Be careful when ordering this, the black cup has a copper image however when it arrives it is a clear plastic cup.When I contacted the seller they said I could return at my own cost and were very rude and argumentative. Would not recommend very unhelpful and feel advert is misleading.
