Rockridge Press The Official Ninja Foodi Grill Cookbook for Beginners: 75 Recipes for Indoor Grilling and Air Frying Perfection

A bad mistake buying this book, it has only a few more recipes than the handbook which comes with the air fryer, which appears to be written by the same person. It is written for the American Market with ingredients listed in some recipes which are not available in the UK and some strange terms in the instructions. There should at least be a conversion chart of cooking temperatures and suggestions what to buy instead of some of the ingredients which are not available here. This is not a comprehensive cookbook and many of the recipes are of no appeal unless you like eating 'more of the same' all the time. So - if you have the handbook this is a waste of money. Very disappointing.

Sadly I feel I need to find another cook book as this doesnt have what I called ‘basic, simple recipes’ im sure its ideal for most people but I just want one that literally replaces oven cooking recipes and how to use the most out of it cooking more than one thing at a time.

Good recipes if you own a Ninga grill. Not a lot more to say.
