Bellissimo libro, a colori pure all'interno e splendide fotografie. È ricco di spiegazioni per quanto riguarda ogni singola tipologia di tè, dal tipo di foglie alla lavorazione usate.Unica pecca: spesso quando parla di un tipo specifico di lavorazione o forma non vi sono foto correlate, quindi bisogna lavorare un po' di fantasia, un po'di esperienza pregressa. Consigliato.
