Well made, very pretty
Lovely and a good size for several cups of tea. Well made, just don't make the mistake other reviewers are making by putting it on a burner. It is not for that; boil the water separately in a kettle, then use this to brew.Really happy with this.

Hand wash only
Beautiful teapot! Exactly as shown online. No brand name on bottom of pot but it does say hand wash only, and do not microwave— probably because of the gold paint on the lid which will cause a microwave to arc.

Sturdy, large capacity
This was larger than I expected - holds about 1 liter of tea. Feels study and is good to pour from. Very cute.

For decoration ONLY
The media could not be loaded. The teapot is so pretty, but not functional. I tried using and once it heated up, the bottom of the pot separated from the rest, causing boiling water to get all over my kitchen.

Nice decorative piece, bad teapot
I didn't want to tank the ratings on this item since so many uh..."confused" people already did that because they don't know the difference between a teapot and a tea kettle (??? Why is that only happening on this teapot? I don't see 1 star reviews on brown betties from lost people heating it on their stove 😨). But sadly it's not great at what it was intended for either. Mine holds a good 40 oz with room for leaves, which is indeed ~11 cups of tea (~3 oz each as they do in China. This pot was made in China). But it doesn't have that tab that good teapots have to keep the lid from falling off. Combine that with the aesthetics-first pour spout design with no built in leaf strainer, and you get a miserable pouring experience with hot tea and leaves landing everywhere, maybe some even in your cup. It does go great with my decor and technically pours liquid, so it has been relegated to very cute watering can (lid off, half full, cold water, slow pour only lol)
