My hermit crab Shelley LOVES this stuff! She climbs all over it and likes to pull some of the coconut “fibers” apart. It’s a fun, a enriching addition for her tank. It also holds a little bit of moisture which can help with maintaining humidity. It’s a little tough to cut in shape but do-able with scissors and well worth it. I dispose of it when I deep clean her tank four times a year and replace it. Would definitely recommend! 🦀

I was looking for something I could use to make a roof for a birdhouse. I tried jute but that was too time consuming. When I found this I thought it would be perfect. It is definitely perfect for using as material for roof material for birdhouses or other decorative houses. Not sure how it will hold up in the weather.

No complaint here. My turtle seems comfortable on it. I have it in my diy basking area. Good size. I actually cut off a good bit to fit it in the crate.

This was nice and added insulation but I was worried that it was abrasive for my delicate gecko so I took it out. I would prefer softer bedding. I’m going back to paper towels for now.
