Will this work in the kitchen aide Pro series models too?

I believe it fits all Kitchenaid mixers. I have the Professional 5 series and I will tell you, This is hands down the best thing I have bought since I bought my Kitchenaid mixer. There is noting better thane home made pasta. Finding the right dough was the hard part. It took me a few batches to find the one I liked best, that came together every time without issues. But since then it has been amazing!

Can u make ravioli from the pasta sheets?

Yes! Weather you use a ravioli tray or you do them free hand, the sheets are perfect for ravioli, lasagna, tagliatelle and tortellini. With 8 different thickness settings, you will find one to your liking. For me, I go to #2 for ravioli. I find it is thick enough to not break open, yet thin enough to cook in a timely manner. The cutters that come with the set are for linguini and spaghetti. Which can be done to a variety of different thicknesses depending on your preference.

Is this all metal or are there some plastic parts to it?

Just received mine today. I see plastic part.

Can I wash them in water?

Yes, you can.But in order to use them last longer, don't use the dishwasher,only wash by hand.Actually, I use a dry cloth to clean more often.
