Nice and warm
This little heater is awesome. It kept my living room nice and warm all winter. No issues as some of the reviews indicated. Well worth it !

I’m over 70 and put it together easily .
The box was too heavy to move, but I was able to push it onto my rug in the family room for assembly. To get it out of the box I tipped it upside down and pulled the box off from the bottom up. The legs were in position and ready to attach (look at my pictures). Key thing, there is a hook that I’m pointing to on the bottom of the leg; slip that into the slot first, then align the holes. Even with my nails I had no problem putting the screws in or tightening them with a standard Phillips screwdriver. It could help if your screwdriver had a magnetic head to make picking up and holding the screws in place easier. Make sure the screw goes in straight up and down and tight enough just to hold it in place while you put in the second screw. Tighten by hand the two screws and you’re done, repeat three times. If I can do it, you can do it.Noise is minimal. I can hear the fan but only if nothing else in the room is on. It does not interfere with conversation or TV. Good purchase. Only complaint…I haven’t figured out how to see the temperature….right now just pushing the “up” arrow until it “feels” right.

very nice
Received today.Love it1. putting the legs on is only slightly cumbersome.2. It's very lightweight, not quite 14 pounds.3. The cord is 6 feet.4. There were no cracks, etc5. It's very quiet.6. The fan works well and the heat comes right through7. It's not hot to touch8. It closes up with a magnet9. The 'flames' don't crackle but they do look way more realistic than old models10. It looks almost exactly like our large woodstove11. It doesn't have the "smell" of alcohol or other electric units12. It has a thermostat that will turn on and off quietly, depending on the setting but keeps the flame going.*Our real woodstove puts out so much heat no matter how we vent it (always has, I'm almost 70 using wood stoves so it's not human error)*my husband and I are disabled so to have this removes the requirement of having to go out to get wood yet have the comfort and look of a stove unless the electricity goes out. In which case we have the option of using our outside generator to keep this going. We are not disappointed.

Horrible company
This doesn’t even deserve a star, but you have to select one. I purchased this heater for my parents to use in their bedroom, but it was so loud that they couldn’t sleep. So I requested to return it, and the company said to send them a video of it making noise. I sent them the video, and they said to cut the cord off of the heater, send them a picture of the cord cut off, and they would send me a new heater. I did as they asked, and not only have they not sent a replacement heater, but they won’t reply to any of my emails inquiring about it. This company is horrible.

Thermostat isn't very accurate
I bought this space heater, hoping I could leave it running continuously--that when it reached a certain temperature, it would shut off, but what I'm finding is that it is not very powerful (does not keep the room up to heat) when it is cold outside, and then makes everything sweltering when it is relatively warm outside. Disappointed.Edit:I wasn't impressed with the thermostat, but it has been working better than I originally thought . I've been able to leave it on without it overheating.

It's a very good product.
I got the item to keep a guest bedroom warm in the winter, with out readjusting furnace air flow vents. The item showed up, it was easy to set up. Slide the legs onto the frame, one screw secures each leg, and your done. I put it in the guest bedroom, and ran it on the lower setting with the dial turned up to about 2/3 power on the variable control dial. I came back about 30 minutes later and the room was quite warm. I was quite amazed at how warm it got the room. I also tried the LED flame on the item. It looks like the photos shown for this product. It's not bad. Looks pretty nice at night in a dark room. I would buy it again.

I love this little heater
I am happy to say that I received my heater four days before the Delivery said, and couldn’t be more thrilled by that alone. The weather here has turned pretty cold and rainy. AnyWho, this little heater packs a punch. The only thing I don’t care for is the humming noise that the heater makes when it’s on. I have sensory issues and many people might not hear it but I do so I keep that off, which is sad because I liked the fire effect, but, it doesn’t take away from anything else. The legs were easy to put on and if you have a regular Phillips head screwdriver, they should automatically be magnetized for the screws when you put them in. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. I would prefer larger print for the remote itself only because I have old eyes. Lol.Great value, great product, delivery was fast, and the unit was well packaged.

Not simple assembly
I received this today and just finished assembling it. It seems pretty straightforward. However, you will need a small child’s hands to screw on the tiny screws into the tiny holes. Due to the legs shapes it’s not easy to insert the tiny screws into the little holes plus you will need a long, thin screw driver that will fit the tiny head of the screw. The shape of the legs along with the heating element square in the center make for a challenging assembly. Idk how men with sausage fingers could ever assemble this without throwing it out the window. That’s why some people complain about it being wobbly because the legs are so difficult to tighten. Anyway, a good tip I found was inserting the screw into the tip of the leg before attaching it to the unit itself. Then line it up with your screwdriver in place on the screw ready to go then attach to unit. That way you’ll get the hardest part out of the way and then you can insert the rest of the screws on the leg.
