I'm not one to typically try homeopathic anything, most products don't come anywhere near fulfilling the promises made by people selling them. But this one works, I don't know why, it just does. I have a great deal of trouble getting to sleep and getting back to sleep if i wake up in the middle of the night, this has helped for both and the best part is that I'm not drowsy the next morning. Figured I would try this as a more natural sleep aid over the Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride options. I have tried melatonin and CBD, both didn't help or hinder - but this definitely hindered. It had me feeling very restless and does not do as claimed. You have no option to return and that is also bothersome.
