What is the difference between the Mens 1 & 3 formula and the 1,2, &3 formula????

The Mens Collagen by "youtheory" contains everything the regular collagen does plus Biotin 900 mcg, Fo Ti (root) Extract 420 mg, and L-Cysteine 320 mg.

Why is there not black pepper extract or oil in the men's preparation? From everything I have read that enhances absorption of the curcumin.
