Love them. Only used for 4 days and already feel the benefit of a good sleep. The dreams are bit of a side effect. Great for the price

Easy to swallow pills, no flavour. Follow instructions and have no issues with indigestion or anything. Just waiting to see if they have the desired impact after a couple of weeks.

Very bulky tablet
I noticed some difference taking these but tablets are very large. I take loads of supplements but I dont think I will be able to finish these. I have almost chocked yesterday and it was very scary :( I will look for other magnesium supplements that are easier to swallow

Hard to swallow. I have to cut them in half. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing pills as they are bulky. Everything else is good about them.
