Contrary to another review, Verizon does support this device. I have three of these and use them with an Unlimited data plan. It takes a little work to get them connected initially but once up and running there are typically no issues. One of my modems is sometimes sporadic but I bought it used and very cheap so it could be just a flawed unit. If I unplug it and plug it back in it usually resolves. Contacted tech support about it once and the tech helped me no problems, so I don't know how the other reviewer can say they aren't supported. The other two I own are solid and operate for long hours without any problems. If verizon ever really drops these products I will likely seek another cellular carrier. They'd shoot themselves in the foot alienating a long-time customer.

I originally asked if this little thing works with windows11 was told that they weren't sure but to try it so found out it works from windows XP to windows11 and it works greatwill buy from here again if my first one dies of age
