Helps with autoimmune condition
I've been taking 30,000iu a day for a month after reading about the Coimbra protocol and watching some Dr berg videos. it's quieting down all of my symptoms. I've tried a huge amount of supps and other stuff, nothing has ever come close to what this is doing. I'm going to one more month at this dose, then drop down to 10,000iu's a day and stick with that.

Good taste easy to use
Taste is good, easy to use with the pipette dropper. Good price as well.

Ok, but not great
The lid broke after 3 months of use or so,which is a shame given this product is expensive nd last for a long time but had to bin it as it says to not use if lid is broke (they probably knew the lid wasn't great quality!!!). I'd not recommend and will look for an alternative.
